This card was truly a mystery to me for years. The trick is in the folds of the score lines and keeping aware of the front and the back. It is such a fun card to make and share. And it will fit in a standard A-2 (regular Stampin' Up!) envelope. Here goes:
Stamp Sets: Serene Snowflakes and Sincere Salutations
Card Stock: Bashful Blue, Real Red, Certainly Celery, Whisper White
Ink: Bashful Blue, Basic Black, Craft White
Accessories: Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, Embossing Buddy, Heat Tool, X-acto Knife and cutting mat or Personal Paper cutter and blade, ruler and pencil, Dimensionals, Stampin' Sponge
Cut Bashful Blue card stock to 7-1/4" x 5-1/2"
Looking at Bashful Blue card stock in horizontal position, place it in a personal paper cutter. With long edge at the top one edge of the paper cutter, score at 2-7/8" and 4-3/8" from the left edge.
With your card stock still in the horizontal position use a rule to lightly draw a horizontal line 1" from both the top and the bottom. Also draw a vertical line 1-3/4" from each edge.
Using either an x-acto knife and cutting mat or the cutting blade on a personal paper cutter, from the left score line, cut around the top, left and bottom rectangle and then the same of the right side: from the right score line, cut across the 1" (from the top) pencil line to the horizontal pencil line, down along this line to the bottom 1" pencil line, and back to the left along the 1" pencil line.
Along the right score line, fold the right side of the card to the left, on top of the card.
Along the left score line, fold the left side of the card to the right, behind the card.
Set these folds with the bone folder.
Lay the cardstock flat and stamp a background with the large snowflake images from the Serene Snowflakes set with Bashful Blue ink.
Stamp the smaller snowflakes with White Craft Ink. Sprinkle Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder on these snowflakes. Shake off the excess. Heat with Heat Tool just until they start to sparkle. The White Craft ink will pretty much disappear.
Use a Stampin' Sponge to sponge around the outside edges of the card with Bashful Blue ink.
Stamp the smaller cluster of snowflakes with White Craft ink. Set aside to dry.
Turn the card over and stamp only the center panel with snowflake images the same as for the other side of the card. Do not emboss however.
Cut two pieces of Real Red card stock: 2" x 3-1/4" and 3 x 3-1/4"
Cut two pieces of Certainly Celery card stock: 1-3/4" x 3" and 2-3/4" x 3"
With White Craft ink, stamp the small snowflake images on the top 2/3 of the small piece of Certainly Celery card stock.
Stamp "Holiday Greetings" at the bottom of the Certainly Celery CS with Basic Black ink.
Brush the edges of the Certainly Celery CS along the White Craft pad, creating a white haze along the sides. Be generous.
Mount the Certainly Celery CS on top of the small piece of Real Red CS.
Fold the card closed and mount the stamped layer onto the small Bashful Blue panel.
Stamp the small snowflake image on a scrap of Whisper White CS with Bashful Blue ink. Cut the image out, sponge the edges with Bashful Blue ink and attach it to the card with a Dimensional.

Stamp the medium snowflake on the large piece of Certainly Celery CS with White Craft ink. Sponge the edges of the card stock with White Craft ink. Adhere to the larger piece of of Real Red CS. Attach to the large panel inside the card. You can use this area to stamp a verse, sign your name, whatever......
When you fold the card, the panel will turn to reveal the greeting on the front of the card. When you pull the card open from the sides, the inside panel will swivel open. Pretty fun!
Enjoy your card. :)
