Yip, you are my sunshine, my only sunshine.....you make me happy when skies are grey......You'll never know dear (customer and friend), how much I love you.....please don't take my sunshine away!
Well now, have I put a little ear worm into your head? Are you humming that tune? It's just a little reminder that Daylight Savings Time will begin at 2 a.m. on Sunday. So remember to turn those clocks ahead one hour when you go to bed on Saturday night. Maybe you should stamp a little harder on Saturday afternoon because of that hour you'll be losing. :)And if you're wondering how I did this card, I stamped the clock, from the Sense of Time stamp set, on glossy cardstock, using a VersaMark Pad. When you stamp the image you'll hardly be able to see it. But when you either roll over the cardstock with an inked brayer, or, as I did, use individual Soft Subtle ink pads and a stampin' sponge, as you go over the VersaMarked image, it will begin to pop out. If I had used stronger colors, it would have popped out even more, but I wanted to convey the advent of spring and sunshine. Remember......you are my sunshine........
My 3-year old granddaughter, Nora, and I "joke" each other with ear worms all the time! What's an 'ear worm'? It's a song/melody you just can't get out of your head. Enjoy today's. :)
