Photos.......I've got photos.....

I'm slowly accomplishing a task I've wanted to achieve for many months.....I've uploaded a whole bunch of swap and class cards from the 2007-2008 catalog year.  At this point they're on the next page, unsorted, all in one album.  I have however, put descriptions next to more than 95% of them so you'll know what was used to create the card.  Please feel free to ask if you need any more enlightenment for duplicating any card.  When I figure out a logical way to sort them (I'm thinking alphabetical by stamp set or technique right now) I'll make the announcement.  In the meantime, enjoy.  You'll be seeing a 'thumbnail' initially, then the full sized card when you click on it.
The sample below is the Bitty Book I c.a.s.e.d from the Art from the Heart CD from Stampin' Up!'s 2007 Convention in Denver.  You can see the inside pages in the album on the next page.  I made this for my grandson's 4th birthday later this month.  It uses the Primary Colors Simply Scrappin' Kit from the 2007 Fall-Winter Collection Catalog which has unfortunately been discontinued.  Fortunately I had one on hand to use in creating Austin's book.  Also used are the

I'm enclosing a Dry Erase Board marker with the ABC Bitty Book so Austin can practice writing his ABCs.  He'll also find a few photos interspersed among the alphabet pages showing some of his silly behaviors.

Tart & Tangy takes the Cake

I'm just loving so many of the sets from the Occasions 2008 Mini Catalog, and Tart & Tangy is right up at the top.  It gives off a huge dose of summer sunshine and smiles.  You can almost smell the fruity images!  Combine Tart & Tangy with the Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper, a little ribbon and some Crystal Effects and you've got a super card!

Using the Note Cards, p. 167, 107311, in the Spring-Summer 2008 Collection Catalog, we'll be making 1 boxed set of 10 cards (2 of each that you see in the photo) in my upcoming class in Santa Rosa, CA.

Stamp Set:  Tart & Tangy, Curvy Verses (not yet stamped---for outside greetings)

Cardstock: Note Cards, p. 167 (Spring-Summer 2008 Collection, 20 5-1/2" x 3" note cards with envelopes), Real Red, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper (Occasions 2008 Mini Catalog)

Ink:  Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Real Red--markers or stampin' pads

Accessories:  Old Olive 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, Crystal Effects, Scallop Circle Punch, Slit Punch (to make scallops on strawberry card), Dimensionals

This class can also be purchased as a KIT TO GO for $42.  Please add $8 if you'd like a Snail adhesive added to you purchase ($5.75 for a refill only).

Emergency Birthday Card Kit

I thought I'd give you a little preview of the cards we'll be making at our April 12th class in Dublin.  We'll be using Stampin' Up!'s Confetti Simply Scrappin' Kit (p. 174, 109610, $19.95) to make these 8 cards.  There will be abundant supplies left to make another identical set of 8 cards plus supplies to make even more cards or create several 12 x 12 scrapbooking pages.

Of course, until the class, I don't want to reveal the entire cards!  There's also a very eye-catching, clever case for these cards so.....try not to miss out.  BUT, if you must miss the class, I will be creating an Emergency Birthday Card Kit TO GO.  The price will be the same as for the class, $30, plus postage.  All supplies included of course.  The "Add to Cart" link below sends you to PayPal where you can pay for your TO GO Kit.  I figured out the 'how to'!
